SUMMARY:

More than four years of extensive experience in the Oracle and Oracle Applications as a Techno-Functional (50-50) Consultant. He has done 3 end-to-end Oracle Apps HRMS implementation. Solid experience in requirement gathering, creating technical and functional specifications, developing code, user acceptance testing and implementation. Proficient in applying business logic using SQL Scripts, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions and triggers.

PROJECT DETAILS

In all the various implementation projects, he was involved in the following responsibilities.
· Preparation of System Requirement Specification after analyzing the business practices as per Oracle AIM.
· Preparation of BR030, BR100, MD050, MD070, MD120, CV010 and CV040 for various modules.
· Implementation of UAE localization and did the configuration for the same.
· Localization of the Oracle UK Payroll as per Qatar Requirements.
· Preparation of data template for Data Conversion and developed conversion programs using APIs for Data Conversion
· Complete setup of HR & Payroll which includes setup of Key Flex Fields, Descriptive Flex Fields, setting up business group, Special Information Types, Location, Organization, Job, Position, Grade, Grade Rate, People Group, Address, Payroll, Payment Method, Element, Element Link, Global Values, Fast Formulas, Formula Results, User Define Functions, Table Structure and Table Values.
· Developed various custom functions which are used in the payroll calculation.
· Developed custom Costing process as per the special requirement of the client.
· Developed custom Payment process as per the special requirement of the client for various Payment Methods.
· Developed different functional requirement and embedded them in API’s USERHOOK.
· Customized the standard Oracle Workflow process as per the specific requirement of the client.

Project: Implementation of Discoverer HRMS Reports
The scope of this project is to lead a team of 6 for the development and implementing of Discoverer reports as per the client requirement. His role in this project is a Techno-Functional Consultant to get the requirements from the client and analyzing them and preparing the functional and technical document for the developers. He has also worked for the improvement of performance of these reports for this client whose total employee strength is more than 70,000. The reports cover all the modules in HRMS like HR, Payroll, OTL, CWB and Recruitment.
As a Project Lead, he prepares the project plan, reviews developer’s objects, interacts with the client from requirement gathering to UAT signoff and worked as one-point contact to the client.

This role involves leading the implementation team, requirement gathering from HR team and giving demo about the product and implementing Oracle Apps HRMS to the need of the client. Designed custom solution for the various needs of the client and lead the team to develop the same.

Project: Implementation of Oracle e-Business
Oracle Solutions, Dubai implemented Oracle e-Business suite for Dubai World and Nakheel group (PCFC) which implemented Oracle HRMS, Financials and CRM modules. He was involved in Oracle HRMS team. PCFC is a group of around 80 companies for which they implement e-Business solution. It is spread across 4 different instances depending upon management decisions. This Project is being executed as per Oracle AIM Methodology.
The scope of this project is to provide technical consulting for the implementation of Oracle HRMS. This role involves creating custom process, interface program, conversion program, Payroll functions, Fast Formula, Technical Design documents, custom reports, custom forms, workflow, etc...

Working in this project requires an exhaustive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry with respect to carrier & coverage policies and the various statutes in place as well as the intricacies of the OAB and payroll package.
Project Details:
Multi Client Analysis and Support Team
The project would take care of the Support and Analysis of the system. This team handles the post-implementation analysis of issues, subsequent fixes and impact analysis for the issues across different business groups (different clients). The issues are raised in eligibility, enrollment, and coverage of benefits provided, payroll, element entries, carrier extracts, payroll extracts, AP/GL extract, etc… Our responsibilities are to analysis the issue and report the fix type and impact analysis to the client. On approval of the client we fix the issue and sign it off to the Quality Assurance team for system testing.

Job Responsibilities:
· Analysis of eligibility, enrollment and coverage issues, forms, reports, payroll, elements, extracts, etc.
· Reporting the type of fix required and their impact on the system
· Fix the issue on client’s approval
· Communication with onsite coordinators and consulting with other teams.
· Configuration controller (CC) of the project

Pfizer Annual Enrollments Quality Assurance project
This project is about System Testing the modifications in the design and eligibility mentioned in the PAM by the client: Pfizer. Pfizer provides its employees with the medical and life insurances depending upon their eligibility corresponding to there position, grade, etc... The testing is for the eligibility and rates of these different coverage depending upon the profiles.

Welcome to OracleAppsHRMS

Hi All,
This is my first Blog ever and I like to dedicate this blog to Oracle Apps HRMS. I would like to use this place to put in some of my experience as a Oracle Apps HRMS Techno-functional Consultant.

I Have a 4+ yrs of exp in Oracle Apps and specialization in HRMS. I have worked for various clients in Dubai/Qatar and currently working in London, UK. I have always been proved to be an Oracle Apps consultant and like to help many more people to join this elite group.
